Full Job Description

As an Operations Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations. Your responsibilities will encompass various administrative tasks crucial to maintaining efficiency and organisation within the office, inclusive of managing the process of receiving, processing and dispatching customer orders.

You will also be working closely with other departments to ensure accuracy and quality of service.

Duties:
- Receive and review incoming orders, book in supplier deliveries, verify accuracy whilst entering details onto the system.

- Monitor inventory levels / Complete stock checks

- Maintain accurate records of all orders, invoices and shipping documents

- Identify opportunities to streamline order fulfilment processes and improve efficiency.

Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Google Suite
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Prior experience in administrative or clerical roles is preferred
- Strong organisational skills to manage office tasks effectively,

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred), Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
