Full Job Description

As an Operations Administrator, you will play a key part in the success of The Runwood Group. Based at our busy Head Office, our Operations Administrators work behind the scenes to help keep our services running smoothly, delivering a high level of customer service and support to our managers and homes., Checking and sending confidential information to relevant regulators and key stakeholders
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone and email
Collating and distribution of information following company guidelines at all times
Collecting data and preparing monthly analysis for the senior team
Supporting Home Managers with day to day enquiries
Managing Director's diaries and arranging meetings, ensuring invites are sent in a timely manner
Greet and support visitors to the office
Booking travel and accommodation
Dealing with sensitive information in a professional caring manner
General office duties

The successful Operations Administrator will be competent in using the Microsoft packages, with proven experience working in an office environment. We require our Operations Administrators to have excellent communication and organisation skills, with outstanding attention to detail.
