Full Job Description

We are currently recruiting for 2 Operations Administration Clerks to join our Stock & Systems Team to support the warehouse operation in key administration areas including;

  • Inbound
  • Order Release
  • Despatch
  • Returns
  • Inventory
  • About The Role The Stock & Systems Team support the warehouse operation with both systems and operational issues. They work closely with all Operational departments to ensure all orders are successfully picked and despatched on time and in full. The team have a heavy influence on the daily timetable and together with the Warehouse and Operations Managers make key decisions to ensure a smooth operation. This is a hands on role covering a complete range of operational and systems activities within an office based environment which includes some warehouse activities, Working within a 24/7 team, clerks will be expected to adopt a versatile and flexible working practice.

  • Highly motivated team players
  • PC literate (any knowledge of EWM and/or SAP would be advantageous but not essential)
  • Experience of working across different departments would be an advantage
  • Strong technical and communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail and excellent time management skills
  • Ability to prioritise under pressure and work on your own initiative
  • Methodical and organised approach to problem solving
