Position: Operations Clerk Contract Type: Permanent- 25 hours per week Location: Teesside DL1 2BJ Shift: Days - Monday - Friday Hourly rate: £11.44 Why choose DHL eCommerce UK? About the role: Ensure detailed and correct documentation to support the running of drivers and the depot, including completing pre-briefs and debriefs, challenging discrepancies and general administrative duties. Key Role Responsibilities:
- Facilitating inbound and outbound deliveries
- Driver brief and debrief with scanners
- Handling driver and customer queries
- Handling and sorting of parcels
- Data inputting and administrative duties
- Taking and managing customer calls The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent multi-tasking skills, work well under pressure
- 1-2 years' experience working within the transportation or logistics industry is beneficial
- Excellent verbal and written communication
