Full Job Description
As an Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Manage daily site & office administration tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Liaise between Site Managers and office staff.
- Document Management: File site drawings and correspondence systematically.
- Drawing Registers: Maintain up-to-date drawing registers.
- Documentation: Ensure all Project Managers have the correct documentation.
- Prepare comprehensive reports.
- Provide administrative support to the site management team as required.
- Prepare Pre-Construction Paperwork (QM, CPP, RAMS, H&S Plan).
- Manage project submittals and audit site management compliance.
- Maintain accreditation compliance and update training records.
- General Administrative Duties: Perform various other administrative tasks as needed.
Previous experience as an administrator, ideally within a construction, or engineering environment. - Proficient in MS applications such as Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc. Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrates excellent attention to detail.
- Deadline-Oriented: Comfortable working under tight deadlines.
