Full Job Description

  • Assisting on the day to day management of systems, processes and controls of the MSG.
  • Help to manage shared email inboxes, responding to internal and external queries on Market Security processes.
  • Providing training, and respond to routine queries, on using Market Security IT systems to both internal colleagues and external clients.
  • Data gathering on the insurance companies assessed by the analytical team.
  • Support the MSG Operations team in the delivery of MSG projects.
  • Assist in the requirements gathering, planning and testing of enhancements to IT systems utilised by the MSG.

    Essential:
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent IT skills and strong working knowledge of MS Office Applications.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Problem-solver.
  • Capability to prioritise tasks, focus on the crucial few and eliminate roadblocks.
  • Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of customers, both internal and external
  • Demonstrate commitment & progress to achieve professional qualifications.

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Relevant work experience.

    The Market Security Group ("MSG") is a central analytical team for Willis Towers Watson, undertaking annual financial assessments of some 3,500 insurers worldwide. The operations team support the work of the analytical team in a variety of ways, in the day-to-day management of the MSG's systems, processes and controls.
  • The primary function of the MSG is to carry out research and financial analysis on these insurers, providing a financial assessment to the Willis Towers Watson's Security Committee and written factual reports to clients., At WTW, we believe difference makes us stronger.
