Operations Anaylst

Be part of a busy team within VBSE Operations in a Network Management Centre (NMC), providing daily operational and analytic support both internally and externally. This role requires a passionate individual who can work effectively with the team to drive an excellent customer service.

( Carry out customer analysis reports from CMDB
( Perform regular audits on the networks and systems.
( Support service management in providing key KPI reporting
( Work closely with the team to provide support to the NOC shift with Ticket resolution
( Schedule, manage and run key customer processes

Be able to maintain Customer confidentiality and ability to hold security clearance.
( Be able to carry out basic network configuration, including trouble shooting and fault finding
( Basic concept of IP networking, switching and routing
( A clear and analytical approach to problem management.
( Be able to work calmer in a high pressurised environment
