Full Job Description

  • Supporting Production Coordinators:
  • Keep the programming slate accurate and current.
  • Coordinate key post-production paperwork, including PCIS, Silvermouse, Albert Sustainability, and production reports.
  • Manage the production inbox, handling post-production and payment queries.
  • Maintain and update the production hub for external producers.
    • Supporting Operations Managers:
  • Assist in tracking and documenting the BBAM workflow for commissioning approvals.
  • Update Airtable for efficient production tracking and documentation.
  • Contribute to audit management by ensuring accurate storage of all required documentation.
  • Monitor financing deals and update relevant information.
  • Paperwork & Data Management:
  • Oversee the submission and accuracy of all production paperwork.
  • Support data analysis and reporting for production finances, project milestones, and other operational metrics.
  • General Administrative Support:
  • Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and take minutes as needed.
  • Handle ad-hoc requests and contribute to various projects and departmental reporting.

    We're looking for a detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support the Production Management and Operations team at Channel 5. This role is essential to ensuring smooth production processes and will involve close collaboration with Production Coordinators and Operations Managers., Experience in an administrative/operational support role, ideally within media, television, or production.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with production management systems is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data tracking and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
