Full Job Description

As an Operations Associate, you will be based at our Broadlands Business Campus near Horsham in West Sussex. Our spacious campus offers a great working environment, supported by cutting-edge software and hardware. With on-site amenities such as a restaurant, coffee shop, and gym, there are plenty of facilities to enhance your work-life balance. Additionally, we provide a regular shuttle bus to and from Horsham's main line train station for commuters., As an Operations Associate, your responsibilities will include:

  • Completing multiple processes across operations administration
  • Contributing and providing feedback in team meetings
  • Cross-training for multiple functions/administration processes to support different areas of the business
  • Developing a good understanding of Platforms within the Financial Services market
  • Following procedures and instructions to ensure good client outcomes
  • Sourcing answers and thinking logically to find solutions
  • Reviewing data for accuracy
  • Identifying exceptions and making corrections to ensure timely and accurate completion of activities

  • 2 A Levels or equivalent qualifications
  • Willingness to learn
  • Accurate with good attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, Experience in the Financial Services industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, Commitment to promoting Treating Customers Fairly principles and delivering a duty of care to our clients
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn
  • Ability to prioritize work effectively
  • Confidence to ask questions and suggest process improvements
  • Positive attitude towards change
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
