Full Job Description

We're implementing change on a strategic level at Schroders, and we need a committed, high achiever to help shape and drive these changes as an Operations Change Strategic Design Analyst., This is an opportunity to be directly involved in unlocking Schroders' future. As a key part of our Strategy and Business Change team, you'll analyze requirements, manage concurrent activities, and drive design for significant components of our transformation agenda. The role is London-based, with a global scope, influencing Operational design activities around the world.,

  • Shape the design for key aspects of the Global Operations change book of work

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and other Operations Change Business Analysts

  • Document proposals through MS Visio and/or MS Power Point

  • Participate and present in change governance forums within the organisation

  • Exhibit frequent communications illustrating objectives, timeframes, progress and challenges to senior stakeholders

  • Ensure adherence to a change delivery lifecycle including design stage gates

    You're a determined problem-solver with exceptional communication skills, able to translate complex scenarios into simple, concise documents. You align your strategic outcomes with both departmental and company-wide objectives and are comfortable promoting Schroders' corporate culture., Extensive experience as a structured Business Analyst

  • Expertise in problem-solving in a complex programme environment

  • Clear communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Broad knowledge of the asset management industry


  • Desired Qualifications:

  • Interest in the challenges within the Asset Management Industry

  • Subject matter expertise related to one or more business areas

  • Experience in change activity with an emphasis on time, cost, and quality objectives

  • Experience in preparing a business case, including performing cost-benefit analysis
