Full Job Description
As a Operations Clerk, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. Reporting to the Site Operations Manager you will ensure the provision of operational support to the flying task.
Day-to-day, you'll have the following responsibilities:
- Day to day running of an operation room.
- Coordination of the flying program and aircraft allocation
- Evidence of working with NOTAMS (notices to Airman information) collate and display Royal Flights.
- Compile daily, weekly, monthly stats as required.
- Ensure relevant publications, maps and charts are up to date and readily available.
- Previous operational experience
- Experience of working within required business timelines
- Understanding of MOD processes
- Experience of support to military or civilian flying operations
- Previous Military or Civilian Flight Operations background or strategic understanding of military aviation operations
- Full Driving License
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain BPSS security clearance for this role. - Many of the positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions. This role is full time and based onsite at RAF Cosford.
