Operations Coordinator

Are you highly organised with a keen eye for detail? Do you have experience managing events and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment? If so we have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the ongoing success of the 50 Best family of brands. As part of the Operations Team, your primary focus will be managing and coordinating logistics. Additionally, you will take the lead on managing smaller events and tasks related to our event programmes, contributing to the seamless delivery of our projects. What you'll be doing:

• Managing team logistics, including rest management, team meetings, communications, and team room arrangements
• Researching hotels and venues, liaising with contacts, and distilling contracts
• Managing rooming lists for events
• Overseeing and managing marketing collaterals for nine event programmes
• Coordinating voting periods for nine event programmes
• Organising and managing small events such as roundtables, dinners, and meetings
• Handling general operational and event-related tasks
• Supporting Event Managers with event delivery, including talent coordination and front-of-house duties
• Managing post-event reporting processes
• Travelling internationally for up to four trips per year, 25 days annual leave in addition to bank holidays- increasing by one additional day after 6 years, up to a maximum of 30 days.

• Strong experience in event management, with familiarity working in an events team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong team-working skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
