We are happy to say that based on our long-term company growth we are looking for a new colleague - Commercial Real Estate Valuer. We seek a high-spirited personality interested in commercial property who will join our new valuation team. Please come talk to us if you have a positive attitude and would like to help us keep our clients happy and satisfied., Knight Frank is looking to hire an Operations Coordinator to assist the Sales Team in their Weybridge office. This is a part time position and will be a 3 day per week job share., The Operations Coordinator will deliver exceptional customer service and provide crucial support in the sales administration. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and will thrive in a cooperative environment. They will remain calm under pressure whilst consistently delivering diligent and efficient support.,

  • Provide exceptional internal and external customer experiences in all interactions.
  • Assist in handling incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the office and reception area.
  • Support Department Head in implementing Customer Experience initiatives.
  • Drive improvements in net promoter scores through customer journey enhancements.
  • Refer clients to various KF services including Commercial and Global network offerings.
  • Collaborate with Operations teams to support Office Head and departments within the region.
  • Manage property listings by creating activity records, ordering title checks, registering instructions, and preparing correspondence.
  • Implement best practices, manage CDD processes, ensure compliance, and maintain organized files.
  • Handle accounts including generating accurate sales invoices and reconciling figures monthly.
  • Prepare reports for meetings and ad hoc requirements, troubleshoot system processes, and conduct monthly performance monitoring.
  • Mentor new team members and demonstrate proficiency in KF systems and dictation.
  • Execute local marketing activities such as creating mailers, brochures, and window cards, updating listings, and ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to HSE and Information Security regulations, including ISO standards and GDPR policies.
  • Manage departmental accounts, monitor management reporting, maintain performance records, and assist with expense submissions.

    2 years+ experience in a similar operations, administration, or secretarial role (preferred).
  • Proficient with Microsoft office packages.
  • Excellent standard of English grammar and spelling.
