Full Job Description

Role Purpose: As a member of the Collab team your role will be to build and manage strong relationships across your portfolio of customers, focusing on a wide range of topics such as daily replenishment, forecasting, promotions management and cost to serve initiatives. Working cross functionally with sales to contribute to the long-term internal customer strategy, driving excellence in execution in all areas of customer collaboration & embracing a continuous improvement culture. You will be responsible for supporting the Senior Customer Collaboration Manager in the delivery of team capabilities.,

  • Develop and own the ambition for Customer Collaboration, incorporating Business strategy, trends and technology.

  • Manage and own the Supply Chain relationship (Customer Collaboration) for given customers by partnering with the customers Supply chain managers.

  • Facilitate regular review meetings to assess account performance & cost to serve and drive supply chain improvements.

  • Undertake initiatives to collaborate with major customers on areas such as Forecasting, In-store Stock Availability, Wastage and End to End initiatives.

  • Understand the customer processes, tools & main specificities to be closer to their needs & maintain competitive advantage.

  • Identify & implement new initiatives in partnership with the retailers (topline drivers or end to end cost saving).

  • Accountable for customer KPIs: CSL, Waste, Availability, Cost.

  • Manage stakeholders and relationships across a broad and diverse range of internal customers; Sales, Supply Chain, and other functions as required.

  • Embrace and drive the use of digital technology to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of collaboration.

    Customer management with a collaborative approach to driving sustainable progress and results.
