Full Job Description

  • You will be providing exceptional customer services on the front-line, handling contact with vendors, dealers and customers via phone and email

  • Translating customer needs to the best customer outcomes

  • Making (administrative) changes in existing contracts throughout the lifetime of the agreement

  • Provide settlement quotations in line with process and agreement guidelines

  • Ensure HPI monitoring is continuously reviewed and kept up to date, minimizing risk

  • Uploading invoices to third party platforms including Ariba and Coupa

  • Documenting and archiving data

  • Identifying and referring any new business opportunities

  • Support process improvements and contribute to the follow up of these improvement suggestions

  • Escalate complaints to the Complaints Team
