As an Operations Degree Apprentice, you'll have the opportunity to work with our experienced teams and learn the essentials of the food production process, including:

  • Food Production Process: Gain an understanding of essential and advanced production skills, helping to produce high-quality products while contributing to sustainability targets.
  • Meeting Production Standards: Support the team in achieving production targets to the highest possible standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Work with Shift Managers, Line Leaders & our experienced Technical departments to ensure each product specification is met.
  • Safety and Hygiene: Help maintain a clean and safe working area, adhering to safety and hygiene regulations within the team.
  • Audit Assistance: Participate in internal and external audits, contributing to the department's goal of exceeding standards.
