Operations Director
Wilton Carpet Factory is a manufacturer of high quality commercial flooring used in the Hotel, Leisure and Cruise business.
Due to retirement we are looking for a leader to oversee the manufacturing and administration functions within the business.
The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate experience in:
- Manufacturing Processes
- Material Sourcing
- Staff Management & Development
- Knowledge of IT
- Strategic Business Development
