Full Job Description

As an Operations Executive, you will be working for Powerforce within our OnDemand team.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to operational issues in the field via phone and email

  • Ensuring the field team have the necessary equipment and information to complete the job

  • Liaising with the warehouse/courier and field colleagues regarding delivery of POS (Point of Sale materials)

  • Liaising with our OnDemand Area Managers to ensure delivery of projects

  • Completing one activity in store on a quarterly basis

  • Standard operational administration activities such as...


  • Field brief and survey (questionnaire) writing for approval by the Account Managers

  • Set up field team surveys on our reporting system

  • Collate briefs and project materials to distribute to field team via mailouts

  • Support the OnDemand Account Managers with results production in PowerPoint

  • Database cleansing and management

  • System administration such as paperwork checks

  • Photo checks and data validation

  • Following the recruitment process to onboard new people

  • Checking and approving expenses of the field team

  • Raising and approving POs, Full training and ongoing support to enable you to fulfil your role to the best of your potential

    Confidence with Excel and PowerPoint

  • Basic IT skills in Word and Outlook
