As the Tactical Operations Executive, you will be at the heart of our operations, taking charge of the ASDA Accreditation Account and providing vital support to both our Customer Team and Field Reps. • Oversee the daily operations of the Asda Accreditation Account, ensuring full adherence to agreed service level agreements (SLA's)


• Own and manage the entire monthly payroll process for field representatives, ensuring accuracy and timely completion


• Handle the Sainsbury's Accreditation tasks on a daily basis to maintain compliance and operational flow


• Manage multiple email inboxes, responding to requests promptly and ensuring all inquiries are dealt with efficiently


• Produce and distribute the monthly field newsletter to keep our teams informed and aligned


• Provide operational support to the Operations Manager, including the preparation of internal management reports


• Assist the wider team with key administrative tasks such as raising purchase orders (PO's) and stationery orders


• Coordinate courier deliveries and manage any exceptions to ensure timely deliveries


• Work alongside the Operations Manager to troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues as they arise


• Perform general system housekeeping to maintain data integrity and operational efficiency
