Full Job Description

We're seeking a talented individual to join our Fees team in Liverpool, which is responsible for all aspects of Account Opening and Maintenance, primarily in Fees administration, helping out on Account Opening, Static Data, Internal account reconciliations etc. As Operations Executive - Fees, your responsibilities will include among others:

  • Fees responsibilities: e.g. maintaining fee static data on various systems, loading fee rates onto new accounts, processing fee debits, refunds and reversals; validate fee documentation; provide fee guidance to branches: man mailbox: answers calls regarding fees; liaising with platform providers and Finance; assist the team with ongoing fee projects etc.
  • Help out teams within the same stream and departments as and when required (training provided)
  • Adopt a high-quality culture to minimise error, ensuring quality service levels and high standards are delivered. High levels of Accuracy and ability to work within tight deadlines are essential.
  • Ability to liaise effectively and constructively with internal and external companies and provide assistance to their queries

    Mathematics, Economics, Finance or similar background.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt conversation to suit any level within the organisation.
  • Ability to work well within a team but concurrently comfortable to work as an individual.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to solve problems
  • Dedicated to providing outstanding client service with proven excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to work to targets and tight timescales, with a flexible approach to team priorities.
  • Desired:
  • Previous experience in the financial services industry especially in Operations is preferable but not mandatory.
