Our Operations Finance team supports strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and pricing for our innovative global operations. This role offers dynamic, high-visibility work, fostering professional growth and regional and global experience. We seek a Financial Analyst passionate about data analytics to support financial reporting and forecasting, driving business success in our fast-paced FP&A function. What you will do:

  • Business partnering to operations management
  • Support leading and handling closing activities and help ensuring accurate reporting in the monthly closing process.
  • Reviewing monthly spending details and identify the key factors driving variances to AOP and Forecast to support Operational teams
  • Support preparing annual operating plan and monthly and quarterly business reviews.
  • Investment analysis and reporting
  • Provide analytical and management reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement and standardization of reporting and analytical processes to drive productivity and efficiency.

    Bachelor's degree in a Finance/ Business field, part qualified CIMA/ ACCA or AAT
  • Experience
  • 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Prior experience within a business partnering capacity
  • Strong analytical and data gathering skills.
  • Attention to detail and consistently delivering high quality work
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and tight time demands
  • Excellent skills with Microsoft suite incl. MS Excel are required; SAP, HFM/CMR, PowerBI are preferred
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Maintain and improve Headcount Analytics.
  • Strong team building skills and the shown ability to work with a diverse group of people even if geographically dispersed
  • Self-motivated, higher level of flexibility and strong work ethic with the goal to get the job done
  • Continuous Improvement approach: Identify process and control gaps and champion improvement initiatives through Practical Process Improvement (PPI)

  • Travel requirements
  • Upto 10-20% domestic travel required
