Operations Finance Business Partner

Are you ready to be the go-to financial expert for our operational teams? We're on the lookout for a Finance Business Partner to help our managers make smart, informed decisions that drive profitability and keep things running smoothly. What you'll be doing:

• Partnering with Operations: Work closely with stakeholders to analyse costs, challenge estimates, and monitor trends. You'll be their financial compass!
• Shaping Decisions: Develop clear, user-friendly financial reports and coach colleagues to boost their financial know-how.
• Keeping Projects on Track: Oversee costs, spot risks and opportunities, and ensure budgets stay on target.
• Month-End Mastery: Lead month-end and year-end processes, including reconciliations, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Driving Improvements: Continuously enhance management information, systems, and processes to keep us ahead of the game.
  
  Part-qualified ACCA, CIMA, or AAT-qualified - or you're working towards it.
• Solid experience in management accounting and month-end processes.
• A sharp eye for detail and a knack for unpicking complex data.
• Confidence with Excel (think pivot tables and beyond).
• Brilliant at translating finance-speak into clear, actionable advice for non-finance colleagues.
