Full Job Description

  • Provide day-to-day client-approved-budget management including monthly / quarterly accruals.
  • Reconcile monthly vendor spends and update spend trackers.
  • Collate and review monthly Client Billing Summary completion and delivery with markets and vertical teams to provide accurate monthly report.
  • Collate and deliver monthly Staff Plan Report (Pace Report).
  • Track client invoicing and payment of monthly agency fees.
  • Liaise with finance team on any queries on invoices, providing information to resolve and chasing for payment if any publisher flags overdue invoices.
  • Facilitate monthly client calls for financial and billing queries.
  • Manage and deliver market specific financial trainings based on markets knowledge gaps including new market onboarding.
  • Be a key driver in developing and bringing more automation to current manual work streams to improve teams work efficiencies.
  • Own and manage the workstream project management to provide visibility and clarity on deliverables and timelines across the Account, Biddable and Local market teams.
  • Be the lead on project initiatives to coordinate and manage implementation with all account teams.
  • Refine and drive efficiencies in Ways of Working and templates across the region.

    1. You will need to have a firm foundation in both traditional and digital media including brand and performance media along with robust and broad knowledge of the industry and our agency positioning
  • 2. Stakeholder management skills and a positive, proactive attitude are essential here at SPARK FOUNDRY. You will be responsible for the integration of the inter-agency team and maintaining strong relationships with clients and activation teams to achieve the common goal of delivering effective and efficient product. 3. You need to have great communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills - our clients like to be challenged, but with diplomacy. 4. Keen eye for detail and demand the same level of high standard across all teams and disciplines within the agency. 5. Confident managing both up to the AD and BD as well as down to the Senior & Account Execs on your team. Clear ambition and a vision and skills to move the brands forward in new directions.
