Full Job Description
Support and maintain internal systems supplier/ contractors Database (CASH for Windows), including database configuration support
-Support 'Procurement' process
-To ensure smooth processing of regional engineer van stock replenishment
-Support with the management of Purchase administration
-To ensure smooth processing of all supplier invoicing
-To support regional areas with parts and POD's
-Support Regional Service Managers with adhoc requests
-To support regionals with purchasing of engineer tools, uniforms
-Process and input data onto CASH for Windows
Main Duties
-Smooth process of ordering regional engineers van stock replenishment
-Raising purchase orders to support regional jobs with SLA timescales
-Chasing relevant suppliers for POD's
-Updating database action with PODs for engineer's relevance
-Raising purchase orders on both COUPA and CASH
-Ensure smooth process on receipting all orders on COUPA
-Manage and loan units of equipment repairs within region and ensure smooth process for return.
-Support vendor process for both new and existing suppliers through Mitie vendor approval process.
-Manage the WEEE waste process to ensure stock is disposed of and recycled correctly
-Cover regional absence when required
-Support all regional procurement tasks and absence where required
-Follow the Company Business Management system to achieve 100% compliance
Team player who is capable of working autonomously in support of engineering teams and customer/ supplier enquires
-Experience of working in a national technical service environment is preferred
-Electronic security systems awareness
-Good communication and customer relationship skills
-Enthusiasm in a customer focused environment
-Demonstrate excellent communications and organisational abilities
-Familiar with CASH for windows and COUPA or equivalent
-Minimum of three years office administration experience
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-A professional and proactive approach
-Strong Microsoft office skills in particular Word, Excel and Outlook
-Able to priorities effectively and support multiple team members
