About the Role: In this role, you will manage finance, reporting, systems, and processes to ensure the smooth operation of Hamilton Brookes. You will oversee external events, compliance, and supplier management, and support project management and budgeting. This part-time position (up to 0.7 FTE) offers flexibility for remote working.,

  • Ensure operational effectiveness, including financial operations and tracking income and costs.
  • Organise and manage events with teachers and partners.
  • Act as the compliance officer, ensuring GDPR adherence.
  • Manage supplier contracts and performance.
  • Support project management and resource allocation.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and handle supplier invoices and queries.

    Degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced PC skills with strong organisational planning experience.
  • Numerate with budget management skills.
  • Excellent communication and proactive problem-solving abilities.
