Pabulum is a well-established business specialising in catering. We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed
Operations Manager to join our dynamic growing team. As an Operations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the
performance of the catering operation for both primary & secondary school contracts throughout the Essex and Kent borders, you
will lead your team in delivering an excellent food operation whilst meeting and exceeding the clients' expectations.
The responsibilities of this job include:
- Management of clients within your patch
- Managing set budgets, forecasting and business planning
- Creating and maintaining financial reports
- Managing and motivating your teams. To include HR such as performance, development, recruitment, and absence
- Supporting direct reports to conduct all their working practices in accordance with the Food Hygiene, Health and Safety
- Client management experience is an essential for this role. Ability to build strong relationships with your clients,
- Financial acumen with experience of managing set budgets, forecasting and business planning. Reporting/ Excel skills are a must
- Health and Safety knowledge including Food Safety and Food Hygiene Regulations
- Strong, effective and competent communication and presentation skills
- A genuine passion for people, food and building meaningful relationships.
- Results-driven with a tenacious attitude to deliver
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
