Full Job Description

The post holder will be responsible for the operational management of the Inclusion elements of the One Recovery Bucks service as well as the strategic and operational development with particular emphasis on the development of compliance with ORB Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), successful working partnerships, both internal and external to ORB and day-to-day support of our Management Team.
These lead areas may be subject to change over time. The post holder will also support the service manager monitor performance in relation to commissioner targets., + Service Delivery for Adult Alcohol and Drug Users across the County of Buckinghamshire. This includes 2 locality sites and 3 county-wide teams- Family Service, IPS, Recovery flats. In total approx. 60staff.
+ Service Co-ordination of partnership services.
+ To lead on and be accountable for the operational development of the Buckinghamshire Service - One Recovery Bucks.
+ To work with the Buckinghamshire Clinical Lead to ensure the delivery of a safe and effective services.
+ Line Management of manager's.
+ Lead of staff recruitment.
+ To be involved in National Inclusion initiatives and profile including tendering support & strategy., + To contribute to the development of systems and interventions as and when required.
+ To familiarise and use I.T. equipment as provided by Inclusion and to include Care Path (ILLY) (or any other introduced) and accurately record all required information.

+ To make decisions based on effective communication and risk management. To seek management advice where appropriate
+ To identify training needs and utilise supervision effectively.
+ To be responsible for identifying individual training needs and keep abreast of new trends
COMMUNICATION AND RELATIONSHIPS
+ To effectively communicate and work collaboratively with a range of people including service users, colleagues, prison staffs, external partners/providers to ensure the service users' needs are met.
+ To work within and promote an integrated drug and alcohol recovery service.
+ To be professional at all times, including whilst representing Inclusion at internal and external events.
+ To take part in appropriate training and development.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF THE JOB
+ To attend training and meetings in different geographical areas from the service
+ To work flexible hours in line with service needs (i.e. evening and weekend as and when required).
MOST CHALLENGING / DIFFICULT PART OF THE JOB
+ To be responsible for your own security and safety and be fully compliant with trust policies
