Full Job Description
- Provide leadership to store managers for convenience stores driving capability and growing talent
- Deliver commercial, customer, colleague and people measures within agreed budgets
- Lead and deliver operational omni channel plans in service of our vision and to grow our business
- Enable and empower teams to deliver our store purpose and our vision of co-operating safely and legally for a fairer world for our colleagues, customers, and communities
- Direct energy and focus on the right places depending on the mission of the stores in your wider team
- Build a strong working relationship with the Manx board society, to develop what's important for our customers on the Isle of Man, providing regular training updates
Experience working in a similar operations role with remote management - Significant experience of motivating, developing and performance managing colleagues remotely to inspire operational excellence across multi-site teams
- Experience in leading sustainable change on multiple activities
- A proven track record of significantly improving commercial delivery and leadership within a fast-paced environment
- Experience of managing multiple partners and influencing others to make sure that the needs of colleagues, customers and members are met
£54,500 to £64,000 plus great benefits including company car (Work level 5) - An annual bonus (based on personal and business performance)

Remote with significant travel across the Isle of Man with travel to our Manchester office at least once every 6 weeks (find out more about our hybrid working policy at colleagues.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy)
