The Operations Manager role is a member of the Videojet leadership team responsible for UK & Ireland performance, with functional responsibility for the Engineering, Operations and Project teams. Together these teams are responsible for the design and delivery of multi-technology, high quality bespoke print and apply solutions.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• UK&I leadership priorities and planning


• Effective leadership of the functional workload, budget and project order book


• Development and coaching of the teams


• Collaborating effectively with all commercial stakeholders


• Continuous development of all current processes and operations
  
  Looking to use your problem solving skills?, Strong people leadership and development abilities


• Strong knowledge and experience of developing business cultures


• Extensive background in continuous improvement techniques and practices


• Ability to operate strategically with commercial awareness, whilst also being able to 'roll up their sleeves' and support the relevant tactical activities


• The ability to navigate a global matrix business, whilst being able to tailor an approach for the local Operating Company
