  • Warehouse planning: Oversee and plan warehouse operations to maximize productivity, efficiency, and safety.

  • Optimize operational performance: You will streamline processes, ensuring efficiency and productivity across all warehouse operations.

  • Project involvement: Actively participate in and lead logistics projects, collaborating with other Volvo Group brands to drive success.

  • Continuous improvement: Lead efforts to streamline processes, embrace digital tools like PowerTools, and drive end-to-end improvements.

  • Manage performance: Oversee individual and team performance, handle disciplinary matters, conduct regular reviews, and provide constructive feedback.


  • Employee development: Plan and manage employee training, coaching, and personal development to maximize potential and performance.
