As we strive for continued improvement and excellence we have an exciting opportunity for an inspirational leader to join our senior leadership team as Operations Manager for Children and Young People. Your contributions will be fundamental in shaping the future of RNOH.
As the Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Children and Young People services within our Trust. We are seeking someone who is skilled at building and sustaining internal and external relationships. You will work closely with clinical leaders, operational teams and external partners to drive excellence, innovation and patient-centred care.
The successful candidate will work closely with the leadership team to provide demonstrable assurance that they can manage the service in achieving the agreed key performance indicators across all the key domains of elective standards, quality, workforce and finance. You will provide operational support in the delivery of a new Electronic Health Record, leveraging technology to optimise clinical and operational performance.
In addition to your operational responsibilities, you will demonstrate exemplary leadership qualities, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, compassionate leadership and supporting the development of our diverse workforce. Your commitment to our Trust values, equality, diversity, and inclusion will be paramount in creating an environment where everyone feels valued and can thrive., As Operations Manager for CYP you are accountable to the Divisional Director for the effective and efficient day to day management of the service, delivering patient care to the highest levels of safety and quality, meeting all national and local performance criteria and targets, whilst operating within agreed financial parameters.
You will need to be a visible leader working in collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure excellent clinical outcomes, achievement of KPIs and excellent levels of engagement, creating a working environment that empowers staff to achieve optimal performance., The successful candidate will contribute to the development, delivery and translation of Divisional and Trust clinical service strategies, objectives and the development and implementation of business plans and service developments.
Service Delivery and Improvement: Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement the CYP and Trust strategy.
Performance Management: Monitor key performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and drive operational efficiency. You will collaborate with clinical teams to ensure high-quality care delivery.
Management of People: Through your compassionate leadership style you will manage operational staff and multidisciplinary teams within CYP ensuring that staff are equipped with the skills and tools that they and the Trust need to succeed.
Financial Management: Ensure robust financial management systems and processes are in place, to optimally utilise service budgets and resources available and ensure that CYP achieves its service and financial targets working in partnership with colleagues., As we embark on the next stage of our ambitious strategy delivery and implementation of an EPR, now has never been a better time to join us.
