- Ensuring that each department delivers a consistently high standard of service enhancing the guest's experience.
- Achieving business objectives and maximise the profitability of all outlets.
- Maintaining effective cost controls in all areas.
- Managing and working alongside all HODs to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations.
- Working seamlessly with our busy sales team to support sales initiatives to maximise revenue.
The successful candidate will have a valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle as the position may require various site visits, they will be an experienced Hotel Operations Manager with a can do attitude.
We have an exciting new vacancy for an Operations Manager to join our team at The Britannia Hotel in Manchester city centre! Our 363-room, Grade II listed hotel is ideally situated on the busy Portland Street, opposite Piccadilly Gardens bus station and just a short walk from Manchester Piccadilly train station making it ideal for commuting.
