Operations Manager

BMI is currently seeking an Operations Manager based out of our London office. We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Operations Manager to support BMI with the execution of its business strategy. What We Offer:

• Play a key role in driving important commercial and Go-To-Market initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to maximise revenue-generating activities.
We'll Count on You To:
• Strategic Analysis: Generate accurate and data-driven analysis to support strategic decision making in relation to key commercial initiatives. Key areas will include supporting new product planning via analysing the competitive landscape, and market sizing.
• Product GTM Support: Support BMI management in planning and successfully delivering Go-To-Market activity for new products, working across all aspects of the launch plan, from product inception to commercial delivery.
• Commercial Alignment: Work with BMI business leaders to develop analytically-based, and clearly presented, plans to support cross-functional projects to optimise commercial performance. Collaborate with other FS stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing and CSM, to execute these plans. Projects include pricing and packaging strategy, resource deployment, governance, the customer journey and more.
• Sales Enablement: Engage with BMI business leads to triage, craft and coordinate high quality responses to sales queries and client requests. Tasks include managing analyst engagements, value proposition positioning, responding to client questions, project scoping, contributing to RFPs, and cancellation mitigation.
  
  Proven experience in a similar analytical or sales operational role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Strong commercial instincts and a client-centric approach to delivery
• An understanding of the B2B market intelligence industry and products and services
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex data and translate it into executive-level insight - with commercial outcomes in mind.
• Experience in financial services/credit markets a plus
• Operational or analytical experience in a market research business, with an understanding of how B2B business activities translate into positive outcomes for clients
