Full Job Description

you'll get up to : Oversee the

Oversee the

effective operation of all Treetop Adventure Golf sites while championing and

maintaining our standards of excellence

Inspire and empower

your onsite teams to make every moment extraordinary for our guests

Combine a

commercially focused approach with a dedication to the guest experience

Provide leadership & impactful coaching to your

management & site teams to deliver business performance across four key

metrics Grow People, Grow Guest, Grow Revenue & Grow Business

Oversee the

recruitment, training and succession planning in all sites to ensure our site

teams are the best that we can be

Nurture & build

relationships with site teams, suppliers, stakeholders and asset managers

Review monthly site operating budget

performance and report as appropriate on variances from monthly budgets

Ensure that all company procedures are

followed across all sites, including health and safety, financial and

compliance to limit any potential of risk

Collaborate with

other teams to support planning, preparation for and successful launch of new Treetop

locations

Prepare and deliver clear and concise presentations

to stakeholders, effectively communicating project updates, performance

metrics, and strategic recommendations

Key and lead contact for General

Managers on day-to-day Site Operations with travel to sites as required and flexibility to work

Minimum 3 years of multiple site Operations

Manager experience in leisure, retail and / or hospitality industry (experience, Capability to identify and deliver on

commercial opportunities

Proven track record of implementing strategies

to grow revenue and profitability, as well as sound financial knowledge and managing

budgets

Proactive, results-driven go-getter who takes

initiative, and is always ready to tackle challenges head-on to drive

operational success

Project management experience and bringing

together different cross team stakeholders advantageous
