Full Job Description

We're looking for an Operations Manager to lead the operational delivery of our Climate and Landscape programmes. Based in Bristol, you'll oversee the management of people, systems, KPIs, and programme execution to ensure the efficient scaling of our services. You'll be part of a rapidly growing Climate and Landscape team, the market leader in UK Nature based Solution and Forest Risk Commodity supply chain assurance and due diligence. Reporting to the Head of Climate and Landscape, you will line-manage a team of Operations Associates, optimize resource allocation, and drive continuous improvement in processes and systems. You'll also be responsible for tracking key performance indicators, ensuring budget adherence, and fostering a positive client and colleague experience.

We are seeking an experienced operational leader with a background in business management and programme delivery, ideally in a multi-stakeholder environment. Strong financial acumen, team development skills, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships are essential.
