Full Job Description

To oversee and ensure the smooth running of multiple catering sites in a variety of settings across your region, developing teams to deliver excellent service standards, driving financial performance, and fostering strong client relationships while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,

  • Recruiting, leading, coaching and developing high calibre site managers and service champions within your area
  • Creating a platform for financial growth
  • Excellent cost control
  • Innovative menu planning with specified budgets
  • Overseeing site management within your area of responsibility
  • Building internal and external relationships
  • Regular liaison with clients
  • Compliance to all company processes and systems
  • What good looks like:
  • Client satisfaction and retention: Achieving high levels of client satisfaction and renewing contracts.
  • Financial performance: Meeting or exceeding budgeted profit margins and managing costs effectively.
  • Employee engagement and retention: Ensuring low staff turnover and high levels of employee satisfaction across all sites.
  • Operational efficiency: Achieving consistent high standards of quality and service delivery across all sites under your responsibility.
  • Exceptional client feedback: Positive reviews and consistent renewal of contracts.
  • Cost-effective operations: Staying within budget while maintaining high standards of service and menu innovation.
  • Team development: A motivated, skilled, and engaged team with low turnover rates.
  • Revenue growth: Steady financial growth through upselling, client retention, and new business opportunities.

    Proven operational management experience within contract catering
  • Leadership qualities, inspiring and motivating a large, diverse team
  • Confidence with numbers
  • Profit and loss management
  • Experience within similar sectors is essential
