Operations Manager

The role of the Operations Manager is to ensure that EHAAT maintains the smooth and efficient running of all its aviation related support activities. This will be achieved by supervising and managing ground operations functions, staff and resources.

This role will be based between both of our airbases - North Weald and Earls Colne, Colchester - and travel to both locations on a regular basis will be required. In addition, the successful applicant will be required to be part of the aviation out of hours on-call rota.

This new role is important in supporting the aviation team in achieving the charity's Air Operator Certificate (AOC).
