We have a truly exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to come and work at our Hampshire based Depot in Cosham, Portsmouth., About the Role : As Operations Manager you will be responsible for managing a variety of colleagues, influencing stakeholders , ensuring service and performance levels are achieved and that the highest quality standards are maintained at all times. You will be responsible for ensuring that all relevant regulatory and legal requirements are fulfilled. As Operations Manager you will lead on a multitude of depot initiatives by effectively managing the processes, ensuring service and performance levels are achieved within defined financial and operational objectives. In this role you will ensure effective team and company communications are cascaded within your location, effectively encouraging involvement and positive commitment throughout the depot. Effective interfaces with the broader Warehouse Team, PHOENIX supply chain and commercial functions will be critical to develop and assist in leading vision and value initiatives., Reporting to the Depot Manager you will be responsible for the depot achieving its key performance indicator targets in line with business objectives and budgets.
