Full Job Description

Supervise the operation of Practice Plus Groups G.P. Services, based around its Primary Care Centres (PCCs) including the line management of the reception staff.
To supervise the operation of Practice Plus Groups G.P. Services, based around its Visiting Cars including the line management of the driving team.
Ensure the highest quality of service delivery for Practice Plus Group patients, whilst maximising resource utilisation.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff by means of regular appraisal necessary to provide a quality service in the Primary Care Centres and Visiting Service.
Ensure that reception staff receive an ongoing training needs analysis and personal development.
Ensure that driving staff receive an ongoing training needs analysis and personal development.

Accuracy and careful attention to detail with effective communication skills and excellent organisational skills
IT literacy
Good interpersonal skills
Previous experience with problem solving and troubleshooting
The ability to make decisions under pressure
Good knowledge of the local area and good map reading skills
A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
An understanding of healthcare, experience of supervising staff and skills in interpreting/analysing data is desired
