Calderdale Councils Adult Services and Wellbeing Directorate is pleased to advertise an interesting and engaging opportunity for a full-time Operations Manager in Prevention and Early Help(P&EH). To qualify for this role, you must be a qualified social worker/ occupational therapist or registered nurse.

P&EH teams provide a vital role in ensuring that Calderdale Councils statutory duties are met under the Care Act 2014 to provide information, advice, guidance, assessment and support to people. The post holder will recognise and demonstrate in their approach the importance of staff development, welfare, practice, quality and performance.

This role is to work with internal, external colleagues, partners and stakeholders to continue to develop a strengthen an efficient and effective services.
