Full Job Description

To support and drive the embedded operations business with a focus area on excellence in operations management & client engagement. The individual will ensure the delivery of commercial, administrative and world class operational support and competence. This is a regional role with a focus on the UK and Europe. Operational Management

  • To lead on the management of UK and European clients and engagement of business development to grow the embedded consulting practice across the region
  • To assist in day-to-day management of embedded consultants and client requirements across EMEA
  • Support other Operations Managers with the management of all engagement tasks throughout EMEA and globally as required
  • Maintaining and expanding client relationship though collaborating with regional colleagues and clients to identify needs and opportunities to ensure delivery of high-quality work
  • Identify and advise on opportunities to improve operations management processes and implementation
  • To assist in the implementation of local content strategy for the region
  • Promote the link between service lines and embedded consultants to ensure effective lines of communication
  • Ensure that embedded consultants are effectively supported by Control Risks
  • Responsible for resource management including selection, recruitment, training, contracting and deployment of consultants
  • Operational management of consultants in accordance with client requirements, Control Risks policies and appropriate international standards
  • Commercial management of embedded consultancy engagements, including scoping and writing high quality proposals
  • Maximising revenue and profitability of tasks/embedded consultancy engagements
  • Proactively build and maintain solid relationships with decision makers and/or senior managers across the business, seeking out opportunities for collaboration, Owns problems, identifies and works with the right people to solve problems quickly within own remit and wider teams
  • Reviews and looks for efficiencies in ways of working
  • Constantly seeks innovative ways to improve the services we offer to our clients

    Good commercial experience in a risk consultancy business
