- Provide leadership, ownership, and governance of both sites, working towards growth plans.
- Support and coach colleagues to achieve professional quality.
- Promote everyday excellence initiatives.
- Profit & Loss responsibility and budget controls.
- Main point of contact for customers, facilitating effective service delivery and profitable supply relationships
- Promote a culture of training and development.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, Feed safety, and quality requirements.

- Experience managing significant budgets and capital projects.
- Ability to inspire the team to deliver business goals and lead through change and ambiguity.
- Strong continuous improvement knowledge and capability.
- Excellent leadership and engagement skills.
- Sound understanding of business drivers and the ability to translate knowledge into cohesive plans.
- Excellent commercial and financial acumen with prioritisation skills.
- Experience gained in a Feed Mill, Anaerobic digestion plant or similar industry is desirable.
