Full Job Description
- To ensure the highest possible standards of Health & Safety and legislative compliance are met.
- Manage operational rotas
- To assist the Contract Manager in the day to day running of the business.
- To supervise the day to day operation of all food and beverage outlets in order to maximise profitability in line with the company business plan.
- To coordinate and oversee all catering outlets and provide appropriate supervision & direction, support, guidance and motivation and empower staff to ensure exemplary levels of customer care are delivered consistently at all times.
- To deputise for the Contract Manager as requested.
- To take the lead in all operational aspects of the venue.
- Being present in our outlets during peak trading times to ensure excellent customer service is being delivered

- Previous track record of Operations or F&B management in a similar role.
- Recognised F&B Service qualifications.
- Good standard of literacy and numeracy, sound financial acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients, and staff at all levels.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure managing multiple workloads.
- Knowledge of health & safety and food safety.
- Basic food hygiene certificate.
- IOSH Managing Safely Qualification or equivalent.
- First aid certificate.
- Experience of delivering training using company guidelines
- Personal License (SCPLH)
