Full Job Description

The post provides comprehensive operational support to the Workplace Health staff and visitors and will therefore be mainly office-based. Usual working hours will have the latest start at 9a.m. and the earliest finish at 4:30p.m. The role is onsite Annual leave will be coordinated with colleagues to ensure minimal disruption to service provision. This is a busy role with wide-ranging responsibilities which include finance and procurement management, facilities management, reporting and data management, and occupational health (OH) administration. The postholder will be supporting our current IT project for implementing a new online patient administration system. They will also be responsible for line management and development of a grade 6 Administrator. Please be advised this job requires the succesful candidate to work onsite

The postholder will be capable of responding well to changing priorities, switching between tasks with confidence and providing cover for colleagues when required. They will manage transactional finance and reporting, as well as OH data, therefore meticulous attention to detail, initiative to resolve issues and maintaining confidentiality are essential. The role demands interaction with many people within and external to UCL, thus professional attitude, flexible approach, willingness to help, ability to remain tactful, as well as cultural and disability awareness are required to adequately execute the duties outlined in the attached job description.
