  • Supervision and Management: Oversee daily supervision of labor, subcontractors, and civil activities, ensuring all maintenance tasks, both statutory and non-statutory, are completed efficiently.
  • Support and Training: Assist with planning and managing workloads for PPM, reactive maintenance, minor works, and training, including mentoring operational apprentices.
  • Safety and Compliance: Implement and ensure compliance with company Safety, Health, and Environmental policies, ensuring safe working practices for all staff and contractors.
  • Audits and Reporting: Assist in internal and external audits, prepare reports on contract quality and safety performance, and provide recommendations on life cycle issues.
  • Customer and Staff Liaison: Act as a technical and operational advisor, coordinate safety issues with key customers, and ensure staff are equipped with proper PPE and safe work methods.

    Relevant Qualifications: Must hold a recognised trade qualification
  • IOSHE Certification: Should either hold or be capable of attaining an IOSHE certification.
  • Maintenance Experience: At least 3 years of experience in delivering planned and reactive maintenance services in a corporate or similar environment.
  • Management Skills: Experience in writing, implementing procedures, and maintaining records to support planned and completed work.
  • Communication Abilities: Ability to effectively communicate with operational staff, facility users, and clients at all levels.
