Operations Support Manager - Retrofit

The candidate will report to the Head of Operations and ensure the Operations team, including managers and engineers, runs effectively. They need to be a skilled manager who can communicate well, and create and apply processes to improve how we serve our customers. The role involves overseeing projects that involve different operations teams, so the candidate must be good at coordinating between these teams and always put the customer first.,

• Championing great installation standards and a "Get it Right" approach.


• Working directly with internal and external customers progressing appointments in line with performance KPIs.


• Creating and utilising a supplier matrix; ensuring we secure advantageous rates with High-Quality service(s).


• Facilitating communication between all key stakeholders i.e. customers, tenants, installers & managers.


• Working with the Ops managers & Head of Ops to ensure compliance processes and procedures are in place for both contractors and direct labour.


• Ensuring that engineer compliance is maintained at all times.


• Maintaining compliance documentation for engineers, contractors and 3rd party companies.


• Working in partnership with engineers, contractors and 3rd parties to order materials to the site in time for installation.


• Supporting the coordination team to review post-install documentation to ensure it achieves the required level.


• Producing periodic management information (MI) to Key Stakeholders.

We visit over 10,000 properties across the UK a month carrying out our services.
