Full Job Description

To support the management/supervision team in delivery of works across the NWS estate, you will play a key role in enhancing on-site supervisory resilience arrangements, and also undertake a range of administrative tasks, supporting the planning and delivery of works.

Main duties

· To maintain a customer focus at all times, taking a proactive approach to customer liaison and ensuring concerns are resolved or relayed to line management.

· Handle routine and other delegated matters on behalf of managers/supervisors, providing resilience to the team as a SQEP'd competent supervisor as required.

· Supporting in the delivery of daily pre-job briefs and providing on the job supervision were applicable as identified under SSOW.

· Issue and deliver Toolbox talks as required and document in sharepoint repository.

· Maintain contract RAMs register via Sharepoint ensuring all documantion is fit for purpose, and in date.

· Produce the daily feedback sheet for submission to the client, detailing works carried out daily.

· Collate planned work from TSOC schedulers transferring information into clients weekly and 4 weekly planning templates.

· General administration including:

· Preparing correspondence, spreadsheets, report and minutes.

· Collation and maintaining office files/records.

· Maintaining office and service consumables.

· Co-ordinating P20/Visitor pass applications.

· Co-ordinating the provision of fleet vehicles, including maintenance and temporary hire.

· Co-ordinating uniform requirements.

· Collate training data and input into MyPassport system.

· Escorting site visitors/subcontractors and collection of deliveries as required.

SMSTS training and IOSH Managing Safety are are requirement for the role. Both of which can be provided by Mitie to the right candidate in order that individual can be SQEP'd to "Competent Supervisor" level under the client site arrangements.

Experience

Relevant administrative experience and I.T skills, experience working on a nuclear licensed site would be desireable.

Additional Skills

Candidate must be assertive with excellent organisation and co-ordination skills.

Strong numeracy and literacy skills are essential

High standard of computer literacy and Microsoft Office.

Driving licence.

Personal Attributes

Must be a dynamic and self driven individual with excellent facilitation and communication skills.

The canididate should work well in teams, be flexible and demonstrate an aptitude for initiative, ownership and issue resolution.
