• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of professionals, fostering a strong sense of collaboration and accountability.
• Set clear goals and performance metrics for the team, monitoring progress and providing constructive feedback.
• Coordinate team activities to ensure alignment with organisational objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Act as a liaison between team members and upper management, effectively communicating updates and addressing challenges.
• Promote professional development by identifying training needs and facilitating learning opportunities.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.
