    Our programme is designed to transform today’s Operatives into tomorrow’s Technicians and Team Leaders. You’ll gain in-depth knowledge of manual, electrical, and digital S&T equipment while learning from experts in maintenance, design, installation, testing, and fault-finding. Upon successful completion, you’ll step into a Technician role within S&T, equipped with critical skills, an IRSE Licence, and the leadership competencies to support safety and technical excellence.,
