Optometrist - Eastleigh, Hampshire

A rare and unique opportunity has arisen at our Eastleigh practice for a driven and dynamic optometrist to help lead and shape the clinical team to meet the demands of our present and future patients. You will be joining a fresh and modern store with 5 test rooms The Lead Optometrist provides effective leadership and development to the clinical team and works with the wider practice team to enable the delivery of an efficient, high-quality customer journey to consistently high clinical and customer service standards.

• Industry-leading salary of £70,000 plus a £10,000 joining bonus (t&cs apply)
• In year 2 you can earn a bonus of up to £10,000
• Full diagnostics provided including OCT, fundus photography, autorefraction and NCT
• GOC and CoO fees paid
• IP, glaucoma, med ret, and other higher qualifications fully funded

• Potential for part-time working in a Newmedica hospital (optional)
